Which BSA formula is used?

Mosteller: BSA = √((height_cm × weight_kg) / 3600) with positive inputs, result in m². Many other BSA equations exist for clinical research.

Does the decimal separator matter?

This calculator uses plain decimal numbers. If a result looks wrong, check whether you used a comma instead of a dot (or vice versa) where the field expects one.
