Watts

Average power over interval.

FAQ

How is average power computed?

Average power P = E / t with finite energy and time t > 0 (e.g. joules per second → watts). This is a simple average over the interval, not peak or RMS power for AC waveforms.

Does the decimal separator matter?

This calculator uses plain decimal numbers. If a result looks wrong, check whether you used a comma instead of a dot (or vice versa) where the field expects one.
