Focus time from cycles

Minutes available, work block length, short break—how many full cycles fit and total focused minutes.

FAQ

What does one “cycle” mean here?

Total session minutes T are split into repeating blocks of work W plus break B (all positive, break may be zero only if your inputs allow—here break must be non‑negative and work positive). Full cycles = ⌊T ÷ (W+B)⌋; focused minutes ≈ cycles × W (remainder time not credited).

Does the decimal separator matter?

This calculator uses plain decimal numbers. If a result looks wrong, check whether you used a comma instead of a dot (or vice versa) where the field expects one.
