Percentage Change

Old value and new value—absolute and relative percent change.

FAQ

Why can’t the old value be zero?

Percent change = ((new − old) ÷ old) × 100, which is undefined at old = 0. Absolute change = new − old (four decimals). Comma decimals accepted.

Does the decimal separator matter?

This calculator uses plain decimal numbers. If a result looks wrong, check whether you used a comma instead of a dot (or vice versa) where the field expects one.
