Meeting overlap (2–5 zones)

Hourly grid on one calendar day; each zone uses the same local hour window (e.g. 9–17).

Inputs

IANA names such as Europe/Berlin — one per line, max five.

We test each UTC hour start of the chosen day. “Inclusive end 17” means local hour 17 still counts as in-office.

FAQ

Why does it step through UTC hour starts for one calendar day?

For the chosen date, each UTC hour 0–23 marks the start of a one-hour slice; the script checks whether every zone’s local hour (0–23) lies inside your same local window at that instant. “Weekdays only” skips slots where any zone is Saturday or Sunday (weekday labels resolved with a fixed English formatter internally).

Does the decimal separator matter?

This calculator uses plain decimal numbers. If a result looks wrong, check whether you used a comma instead of a dot (or vice versa) where the field expects one.
